+ DAILY PRAYER +
God’s Blessing on the King For the music director. A psalm of David. 1 May Yahweh answer you in the day of trouble. May the name of Jacob’s God protect you. 2 May he send you help from the sanctuary, and from Zion may he sustain you. 3 May he remember all your offerings, and your burnt offering may he ?regard favorably?. Selah 4 May he give to you ?your heart’s desire?, and your every plan may he fulfill…
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
Hear my prayer, O Lord; give ear to my pleas for mercy!
In your faithfulness answer me, in your righteousness!
Evening and morning and at noon I utter my complaint and moan,
and he hears my voice.
Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you;
He will never permit the righteous to be moved.
Psalm 119:105-112
Psa 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet
and a light to my path.
Psa 119:106 I have sworn an oath and confirmed it,
to keep your righteous rules.
Psa 119:107 I am severely afflicted; give me life,
O LORD, according to your word!
Psa 119:108 Accept my freewill offerings of praise,
O LORD, and teach me your rules.
Psa 119:109 I hold my life in my hand continually,
but I do not forget your law.
Psa 119:110 The wicked have laid a snare for me,
but I do not stray from your precepts.
Psa 119:111 Your testimonies are my heritage forever,
for they are the joy of my heart.
Psa 119:112 I incline my heart
to perform your statutes forever, to the end.

God’s Blessing on the King
20 For the music director. A psalm of David.
1 May Yahweh answer you in the day of trouble.
May the name of Jacob’s God protect you.
2 May he send you help from the sanctuary,
and from Zion may he sustain you.
3 May he remember all your offerings,
and your burnt offering may he ?regard favorably?. Selah
4 May he give to you ?your heart’s desire?,
and your every plan may he fulfill.
5 May we shout for joy over your victory,
and in the name of our God may we set up banners.
May Yahweh fulfill all your requests.
6 Now I know that Yahweh will help his anointed.
He will answer him from his holy heaven
with the victorious power of his right hand.
7 ?Some boast in chariots and others in horses?,
but we boast in the name of Yahweh, our God.
8 They will collapse and fall,
and we will rise and stand firm.
9 Rescue, O Yahweh.
Let the king answer us when we call.

Heavenly Father, send Your Holy Spirit into our hearts to direct and rule us to do Your will, to comfort us in all our afflictions, to defend us from all error, and to lead us into all truth; through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
