KLS FALL QUARTERLY: Saturday, October 19th from 9 am -Noon. We will be hosting breakfast and then making dresses out of pillow cases or remnants of fabric for little girls in Africa. The dresses are distributed to orphanages, churches and schools in Africa to plant in the hearts of little girls that they are worthy! No sewing experience necessary.
Please bring 1 cotton pillow case (print or solid). Material should not be transparent (white or light pastel solids are discouraged) OR 1 ½ yards of cotton fabric (42-44 inches wide) print or solid. Please wash and press your pillow case or fabric before bringing it that day. If you have any trims at home you are welcome to bring those as well.
All ladies age 12 and over are welcome to attend. Please sign up on the sheet in the narthex so we can plan to have plenty of goodies for breakfast. Contact Mary Lou Hogle (3344619) or Barbara McHenry (334-2604) if you have any questions. Go to littledressesforafrica.org to see pictures of these beautiful children!
